Manufacture Time: All custom products have a manufacturing time of 15 business days (excluding shipping). Even if you do not include any personalisation's, your product is still considered custom.
Shipping Time: Once your product has been manufactured, we will ship your product as per the service you have selected.
We take pride in creating your custom product with care and precision. As each item is made specifically for you—whether personalised or not—we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To ensure everything is just right, please double-check all details, including sizes, spelling, and any personalisations, before placing your order. Once submitted, your order goes straight into production and cannot be changed or amended.
